Warm up set for squats! Make sure to warm up before any compound exercise and maintain proper form your entire work out for faster gains and no injuries! The perfect form for a squat is as follows: 1) Place your feet slightly wider than your hips with toes pointed slightly outward 2) Find a spot directly in front you and maintain eye contact with this spot throughout the exercise 3) Breathe in and squat down until your knees are parallel with the ground while making sure to keep a neutral back (do not round) 4) Once knees are parallel with ground, explode up through your heels of your feet and breathe out! 5) Squeeeezeee your butt at the top and hold for 5 seconds!! 🍑👍

It's Fri-yay!!! For all of you that can't make it to the gym during the week, don't fret! Make the weekend count and be a weekend warrior in the gym! You have 3 days to make up for the lost week. Here are a few tips to have a successful weekend workout: 1) Focus on form and movement of your exercise. 2) Make sure to incorporate a compound leg exercise whether it be squats or deadlifts. 3) On Sunday do a metabolically challenging exercise such as running intervals. Tag someone who needs some weekend motivation! 💪💪
