Back attack! Here is one of my favorite back combos. The first 10 reps are at a heavier weight and then I drop the weight for 10 more reps. This is called a "drop set" and it's a nice way to recruit more muscle fibers while pushing blood flow through the muscles for greater gains! 💪

I took 2 weeks off at the gym and it felt life a lifetime! Keeping up with my body is HARD!! It takes a lot of dedication and hard work for me to keep my shape. 🏋️️‍♀️ I feel that I loose muscle tone all over and I see my body begin to soften if I stop going to the gym for a few days.
