The time under tension at the top will strengthen your latissimus dorsi aka back and you'll see change in your range of motion when it comes to chins or pull-ups or adding weight.

My mans hit the game winner tonight. And I what I took out of it was a life lesson. He might not want me putting his business out there, but he missed a free throw last year that could of tied a big game. Told him don't dwell too long, feel that feeling and work so you don't have to feel it again. Fast forward to tonight, and everything seems worth it. Life lesson, don't be afraid of failure or mistakes those things let you really succeed. @marcospolos10
