Sunscreen is a daily necessity and the Bioré UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence has been my go-to for quite some time now. I love the lightweight, non-greasy and non-sticky formula. It has a very faint alcohol-y scent which doesn't linger after application. Even with the alcohol content, I don't find it to be drying at all. The texture is watery and leaves no white cast behind. It absorbs nicely and leaves the skin feeling and looking hydrated. I love how this also doubles as my makeup primer since this is what I put on as the last step of my skincare and before my base makeup. My fave part is that it's really affordable so you can apply liberally and as often as you can/have to. Price varies where you purchase it but it's usually somewhere around $8- $15. The new 2017 formulation (on the left) makes it waterproof and sweat proof for a longer lasting UV protection. One of the main differences I noticed with the two versions is that the 2017 version is a bit more watery and takes a little longer to be absorbed. Despite the reformulation, I still love and will continue to love this sunscreen. It's a tried and tested product for me--- definitely HG! (I also have an unopened rose version of the 2015 formula.. will try that sometime.)
