Started my session with some Tempo Back Squats (3330) 5 sets of 3 reps at 110kg to prep for these cleans️♂️ •
WOD: (16.2 light Version)
Every 2mins x9
3 rounds: 8 TTB + 5 Cleans (60kg)
3 rounds: 8 TTB + 4 Cleans (80kg)
3 rounds: 8 TTB + 3 Cleans (100kg)
After that: 2x 20min EMOM
