Today, witnesses in the Spokane Serial Cat Killer Case come forward on LA Talk Radio’s “State Of The Ocean” to talk with Capitan Paul Watson, Barbi Twins, Katie Cleary and Wiseguy Actor Ken Wahl, (who gives a message to the Spokane Serial Cat Killer), as they discuss the details of this horrific case. A $15,000 REWARD has been put out leading to his arrest! Many experts are confused as to why the DA and SCRAPS are not taking this case seriously because the FBI as of 2016, now has a database that profiles the most violent criminals with animal cruelty convictions.
Beginning in August 2016, there has been approximately 30 plus kittens that were BRUTALLY tortured and strangled to death, using electrical wires and USB cords in Spokane, Washington. The images and stories about the finding of these cats are extremely disturbing. This alleged serial cat killer, is getting away with these unacceptable crimes and needs to be prosecuted. Repost @animalrightsmovement :
This morning in Jamaica, Queens, New York, a bull broke loose from a slaughterhouse and ran for his life. Ten police vehicles pursued him as he desperately ran for his life for about an hour and a half. Mouth foaming and eyes wild, this boy knew one thing: the place he came from was a place where nothing good happens, and he couldn't go back.
The determined animal never gave up the fight, but was tranquillized far too many times and later died as a result. Skylands Animal Sanctuary would have negotiated for his release if he would have survived the ordeal.
I truly hate to post about negative occurrences. But this morning's events brought out something in all of us...empathy. Whether vegan, vegetarian or dedicated meat eater, it is safe to assume that most people felt sad for the poor bull and deep down inside rooted for him to get away. When you put a face on an issue it is no longer political, it's personal. We all love animals and we all wish the best for them as individuals. Even the person who sits down to a steak every night likely doesn't wish pain and suffering on innocent animals. The underlying issue is that we as a society fail to see our food as having been an individual with a personality, preferences and opinions when the pieces of his or her body come skinless, boneless, drained of blood and nicely packaged in ceran wrap.
But many animals end up on the news for fleeing slaughter, and trust me, if every animal got the chance to run they would. So let's take it upon ourselves to recognize the fact that non-human animals are individuals, even when it may be difficult to remember. Ask yourself...if you had to spend the day getting to know every animal you consume, would you still be able to eat them?
It's glad y'all where there #Rescue .

"EVERYTHING" about CANADA GOOSE's "killing of coyotes for decorations on jackets" is "VERY SAD", says Canadian-born actor/comedian MIKE MYERS -- famous for iconic roles e.g. Austin Powers, Shrek, Wayne's World, SNL -- who shared his anti-fur sentiments with activists protesting New York City's Paragon Sports, a retailer of despicable Canada Goose jackets.

We are nation with a deep, deep reservoir of compassion and love, not just for humanity but for all – for animals that we share this nation with. That’s why it’s so important that we focus our heart not just on the wellbeing of humans but on the wellbeing of animals. ⠀
On February 3rd, under the Trump Administration, animal welfare records were abruptly taken off of the USDA website, making it much easier for animal abuse to go unchecked. This is unacceptable.⠀
Please join me in calling for the USDA to restore all of the records, all of the reports back to their website so that the light of day can shine in, so that accountability can happen, so that we can be the nation that we are, a nation with compassion and love and respect for all.⠀
This is the law, and I believe it’s our moral duty. Join me in making that call for that to happen.

The incident happened Wednesday evening in a neighborhood in Mission, Texas, near the U.S. border with Mexico. A neighbor, Melissa Torrez, told CBS affiliate KGBT she saw the man dragging the struggling #Germanshepherd and confronted him “I turn around. I see him dragging his dog from the middle of street. ... I’m out of my car yelling at him, asking him, ‘What are you doing? What’s wrong with you?’ And he just keeps going, telling me to mind my own business, it’s his #dog he can do whatever he wants,” Torrez told KGBT.
Torrez begin taping the scene, and a video posted on social media quickly drew outrage. “All I see when I close my eyes is her little face, trying to gasp for air, and it’s just so helpless,” said Veronica Torrez, Melissa Torrez’s mother.
Mission police said they received hundreds of calls from concerned residents which prompted them to investigate. The dog’s owner, 59-year-old Mario Cardona, is now facing animal cruelty charges, reports KGBT.
A judge set his bond at $10,000.
G2, the female German shepherd, was removed from his home and remains in the custody of #animal control. The station reports she is healthy and doing well.
