So it's been 2 weeks of dieting, and it's finally paying off dropped down from 1800 calories to 1300 no doubles works out or cardio really. And 14 days no alcohol. I've been waiting for the scale to drop but it only dropped .6 lbs ♀️ I guess it's good I lost fat and gained muscle I am a happy girl Happy with my progress
