Swipe right !!! Ok part 1 of my life - all the is real - social media sometimes offer us false images - we admire our idols but maybe they used old picture - tbt shape - filters . So beware of this and stick what suits to you and your capability and lifestyle.
I woke up to this little furry ball licking my face 6.15 am and off we went downstairs to do our daily routime. Me blending coffee and coco oil in @nutribulletuk , having a scoop of @ehplabsuk OXYSHRED get dressed off for a park jog/ lunges. So I did 30 jogging laps with 100 kickback walking lunges.
Got home got my son ready for school. Fed him, made him lunchbox, prepped my bag and off the door .got to @puregym_glos where I work now by 9.15 am.
I managed a quick strong shoulder blast #deltspump.
Had my meal 2 cup of coffee and attended 2 classes. Did some admin
Popped to the shop - caught the bus back . Stopped to get KFC - popcorn chicken he loves - for my boy I know :-))) well we are normal family after all - !!
Had a nice coffee with traspoon of @sweetfreedomuk - love the stuffand iff we rushed to a hospital appointment/being poorly with my tummy for a long time now so they are trying to investigate the cause
Came back starving had meal 4 and treated myself to my #glutenfree chia pudding cake again with little @sweetfreedomuk was lush
I spent two more hours in the kitchen prepping family's meals and my own . Washed lots of dishes.
Sitting down with fruit tea at mo watching Daniel and Roccoplaying fetch.
Will have my meal 5 in a bit and read bedtime story. Then me and @feelingfitat40 can finally sit down with our evening ice and low calorie fresh lemon tonic water and catch up on Designated survivor in tv.
The house smells of brownies that my daughter cooked herself:-)
Well I will drag myself to bed about 10.30 to it all repeat tomorrow

4x20 side L raises
4x front raise supersetted with 20 hanging abs each set -100 in total
Then 6-7 sets heavy shoulder press with heavy single side bent raises . Nite x

I will be now based in PURE GYM in Gloucester as their new ladies body transformation coach . Very excited to a new chapter and now I can -ladies- put you through personal paces :-) I will teach some classes, pure looser course and will design my own Female FIT classes.
