Rare gym selfie but I just finished my workout and my glutes are on

Glute activation aka Warm up (donkey kick, glute bridge, fire hydrant)
Cable kickback on bench 12x3
Cable side kicks 12x3
Hip thrust on bench 12x3
Reverse hypers smith machine 12x3
Hip abductor machine 12x3
