Lets squat!! Today was a high rep leg day.... but dont let that light weight fool you, it burns like you wouldnt believe! Really focusing on isolating the glutes and feeling the burn.... here was todays workout..... Wide stance squats- 5 sets 15-25 reps per set or until failure. Wide stance deadlifts - 4 sets 20-25 reps. Reverse Hack Squats - 3 sets 20-25 reps. Goblet Squats - 4 sets 20-25 reps supersetted with Squat Jumps to failure. Cable Kickbacks- 3 sets 20-30 reps each leg (these should burn real bad!! ) with this workout you want to take minimal rest between sets (1 min or less) and keep the heart rate up.
