Being 4’9’’, any extra kilo would be much more visible on my body than on someone else’s. My goal was to lose my extra fat, get a more toned body and be more healthy. •
Yes, I already had muscle thanks to my body type. But it doesn’t mean I didn’t work my ass off at the gym. You won’t see progress overnight, it takes time and dedication. You want a good body? Work for it, make the necessary changes in your life •
I started 2 years ago and I’m always setting up new goals until I will be satisfied. I workout for myself, not to please others. We all have different bodies and goals to reach. Be proud of every single progress you made, it will get you closer to your goals

It took me years to accept my height but I realized I shouldn’t be ashamed of it because that’s what makes me unique
Don’t try to look like others. People wanna see the real you. You difference is what makes you special. Instead of seeing it as a weakness, see it as a strength
