MONDAY LETS WORK I LOVE PLYOS 5 weeks out and plyos are something I incorporate a lot into my routine come shred time! TRY THIS, my legs were sore for days!
I started with 10x 30 second interval sprints on stepper
25x plate squat jumps
25x plate squat pulses
25x plate jumping lunges
25x plate pop squats
25x plate surrenders
25x plank kick backs
12x 4 squat pulse/jump squat (with a turn )
2-4 rounds! Let's go!

ALWAYS strive for progress everything you do and do not do is relevant. People will say it's genetics or it's this or that. It's easier for us to make excuses then to acknowledge why we aren't progressing. Not just in fitness but in life in general. The person you are and where you are reflects exactly what you do and don't do on the daily. I live by this motto. If I am not making progress or achieving what I've set out to I reflect on my own actions and work, I reflect on who I am associating with and where I am putting my time. Your time is so valuable so choose where you spend it wisely. So I dare you, before making excuses or blaming others take time to reflect on you.
