My number one piece of advice is to learn to love yourself be perfectly imperfect and proud of it. Never hide who you are and always stand up for what you believe in. Remember there's a reason for everything. Every mistake, every moment of weakness, every terrible event or thing which has happened to you, you will grow from. 8 weeks progress from one of my online clients I always tell my clients there is NO SECRET METHOD! If you consistently follow your diet and training regime as well as resting and recovering correctly the results will follow! Trust the process!! If you've done a challenge or trialled a diet/training method and did not see results, ask yourself these questions:
1. Did I stay true to my diet at least 80%
2. Did I push myself in each of my sessions?
3. Did I keep myself accountable to my coach with checking in and keeping honest?

My transformation to becoming the WBFF Bikini World Champion I have always been active and into fitness but competing in itself is taking your body to another level! It isn't easy, it can be very challenging at times but the experience is absolutely amazing! @wbff_aust have three shows for 2017!! Who's competing?
A question I get asked so often is how do you stay motivated? I believe motivation comes in many forms. Am I always motivated? No. am I always in top shape? No. Do I slip up on my diet? Yes. Do I have down time off training? Yes. Do I have bad sessions? Yes. Am I faced with obstacles like travel which challenge me staying on track? Yes. There is no secret to staying motivated! It is equally as challenging for each individual, but what I really believe it comes down too it self belief and mindset. Setting goals and attaching emotion to those goals as to why you want to achieve them. I know deep down I am happiest within myself when I am training hard and eating good foods which fuel my body effectively. For me it's not just about what I look like but how I feel. I like to feel confident, strong and truly happy within myself! So my advice to you is next time you are searching for motivation, break down what it actually means to you and what emotions you attach to your goals and why you want to achieve them @mr.taia
