As most of you know I do not use fake tans often as I absolutely LOVE laying out in the sun and getting my natural bronze on β˜€οΈπŸ˜œ! However, when travelling and for photoshoots I like to avoid those tan lines and have an even natural tan! So, I came across Bronze by La Mav Gradual Tanning Moisturiser! I loved the fact it was organic and carried properties such as Argan Oil, Macadamia Oil, Camellia Oil, Cranberry Extract and Green Tea Extract, it instantly hydrates skin while building to a bronze glowπŸ’¦
I have sensitive skin so always do my research before using a product! Plus, I have used gradual tanning moisturisers before which left me streaky! This one has added Aloe Vera Leaf Juice and Vitamin E which improves skin elasticity and texture for a streak-free tan that lasts πŸƒ

When traveling I am often faced with many 'fully equipped gyms' which are far from fully equipped πŸ˜‚ lucky to get a treadmill and maybe a bike let alone much else! However it doesn't matter where I am I make it happen! I started with 30 minutes of intervals on the elliptical (old school one πŸ˜‚) then hit this KB circuit x15 reps of each x5 rounds minimal rest πŸ’¦ -

Body Update, Morning after EPIC cheat meal! 23, 167cm, 60kg

Currently I have been travelling for nearly 2 weeks, I travel A LOT so have found a way that works for me. I am currently in my β€˜off season’ but I don’t really believe in off seasons and prefer to stay reasonably lean all year round.

DIET:Current macros roughly 1900 calories P150 C185 F60, 1 cheat meal a week. Do I track my cheat meals? HELL NO. A few days a week I go over in my carbs. I use flexible dieting whilst travelling as it’s what I find works best. I choose to fill my macros with whole fresh foods and lean meats because I feel good off these foods. To be honest I am a simple eater so my days usually consist of egg whites, basmati white and brown rice, pumpkin, quiona, oats, blueberries, bananas, raspberries, chobani, sweet potato, rice cakes, avocado, almonds, macadamias, coconut oil, chicken, turkey, lean beef, salmon, protein shakes, salad, capsicum (lots I have an addiction and eat them like apples), green veg, carrots etc. I drink around 2 instant coffees a day, I take oxyshred a few days a week as well as my BCAAS daily. I take vitamin C, Vital Greens and lemon, L-glutamine, Hydrolysed collagen, and magnesium daily. I aim for 3-4L of water a day but when travelling this is something I lack.

GOAL: I am slowly reverse dieting, post comp I travelled America and did not reverse diet which took a toll on my body, so I am slowly getting my calories back up! Would like to be on 2500-3000 before starting my next prep for Worlds.

TRAINING: Training 6 days a week 4 lower body and 2 upper body. The last 2 weeks no cardio until this morning. I want to build my calories up with minimal cardio. Usually I would do 2 HIIT sessions a week but have not been as of late. My sessions are always very intense, minimal rest and always supersets. I add a lot of functional movements into my sessions to keep my heart rate up! My sessions last about 45minutes. My rep ranges for lower body are anywhere from 12-30 reps. My goal is to keep growing my glutes, but no more size on my legs-challenge is real! My upper body sessions last about 30-40 minutes and rep ranges are anywhere between 8-25. Continued ⬇️

As I get older, things become more clear to me. So many people want to take but not give. People choose to judge rather than have faith. People choose to blame rather than accept. People choose to hate rather than forgive. People choose to betray rather than be loyal. Growing up I was always called 'gullible' now I think was I gullible or did I just truly believe the best in people. It is so easy to get caught up in what's not truly important in this world, and so many people do. My vision, my goal has always been to train and help as many females as I can worldwide. I forever remind myself of that goal and the importance of it to me. Don't let anything cloud your vision or journey. Always remember why you started and who was there from the beginning, because to me that vision, those people are what and who truly matter to me ❀️ -
