5 WEEKS PROGRESS 😍🔥 this girl is absolutely amazing and I could not be more proud! Words cannot describe how I feel when I see our BBR girls transform both physically and mentally. In my opinion health and fitness is gods gift to all of us. I've trained hundreds of girls and I've watched the most amazing transformations. I've watched women go from depressed to happy, overweight or underweight to strong and healthy. Low self esteem to confident. I've seen them have the courage to leave unhealthy relationships, I've seen them go from jeans to rocking a pair of bikinis, I've seen them take on this career as their own and start their own businesses. I wouldn't change what I do for the world. I chose to follow my dreams and now I get to help people every single day

Slowwwwlllly coming back 😈 yes I train abs 2-3 times a week! In my opinion they are still a muscle and need to be trained to be shaped! I don't do too much oblique work as I like to keep my waist small and tight! Nutrition and consistency are however 80-90% of your results!
