If you’re not sweating during your workout you should probably speed up the intensity and/or lessen your rest time. You should figure out your heart rate, take 220(Max heart rate) minus (age) Then you determine your fat burning range, which is 60 70% of your heart rate. Always keep that in mind when you’re working out. My Lean Body Fitness Program, which is in my bio, keeps you at that rate which is why you get shredded. Make sure to take some amino acids for muscle stamina and recovery. 1stphrom has plenty to choose from!
