The number one question new students ask before coming to San Francisco Pole and Dance, is What should I wear for pole class!? In a pole dance class, skin is essential for gripping the pole. Fabrics are slippy and extremely difficult to climb in.
Seasoned polers...what are your favorites to wear for pole class? Types of pole tops or bottoms? Brands? Where to buy?
For more info on what to wear to your pole class click the link in our bio and go to the 'blog' tab on the top right.

Puppy Pole Dancing is back!!! Bring your own puppy or come share someone else's this Friday night at 7:15pm!
Go to www.sfpoleanddance.com/schedule/ to save your spot!
This puppy pole class is an all levels class to celebrate the two most important things in life, puppies and pole.
You can have zero experience pole dancing and you don't have to have a puppy to come but the more puppies the better.
We'll begin this class on the mat with a cardio warm up that will get you and your puppy moving and grooving. We'll move to the poles for conditioning while your puppy cheers you on from below. Note, you may not carry your puppy up the pole. We'll move into a floorwork routine that incorporates spins on the pole and save time at the end for plenty of puppy pole photos. ・・・
