After eating Vegan for over 2 months I can honestly say I’ve noticed a big difference.
However, eating a certain way is only a small part compared to everything else you need for a happy and healthy life.
1. Move! Get up, get out, stay active.
2. Eat for fuel! It’s amazing how your body can function when you feed it what it needs.
3. Positive reinforcements. You CAN do it because you are powerful! Allow yourself to believe that.

Some days I just want to fit in. I want those thinner thighs and smaller waist and longer hair.
I constantly have to remind myself that I can’t be perfect and I am NOT in competition with anyone else.
It’s not an easy task to have a healthy dose of self improvement motivation coupled with an equally healthy dose of self love...but it IS necessary to achieve true happiness.
