Lil home workout Suspension Training with bodyweight. Great for toning! Love using this for upper body. My ego is too big to film workouts in the gym with people watching lol anybody know of a private gym? Lol gonna get some gym vids out shortly! But do this at home for some upper body toning! Anyone looking for a home workout?? Great for some cardio! All you need is a resistant band. I use the extra heavy band for that extra wuuurk. Note: I didn't grow my booty from no weighted home workouts.. this body is from heavy lifting. Will give more tips & vids of me in the gym. Xoxo
