Excited to show you guys about this epic little product I have found and fallen in love with! I used it so much throughout my travels in America when eating out, and now I don't leave the house without it!!! I am NOT COELIAC (and this product isn't for those who suffer from coeliac disease) , but I do have a gluten intolerance - @gluteguard basically saves me from a bloated and uncomfortable belly from hidden gluten in sauces and crumbs when eating out! No gym no problem. ♀️It was such a beautiful day here so I decided to do a nice workout in Sandringham estate 20 min run through the trees (I got to 3.3km) and then a 10 min floor routine. 45 seconds on, 15 off of a mixture of ab, bum and leg exercises. (Eg, sit ups, plank, squats, lunge pulses, push ups leg raises etc) 5 min stretch = 35 min workout! Or a 45 min workout if you have time for more of a floor routine! Off you go #noexcuses#kicgirls
Nanna Allum love It's been ten years since I've seen most of my family that I've spent the day with today. Such a special day that I will cherish forever, there's no love like the love you get from family, no matter how often or how little you see them It's been lovely to see everyone, but also so nice to see mum so happy surrounded by her family Makes me appreciate the moments I get with this side of the fam, and I feel so lucky to have such a warm and loving family both in Aus and here in England.
