Been up since 5am to train clients. Just finished training chest myself. Now time for quick power nap & get back to work.
For those who don't know, been hauling ass and doing 12+ hour days back to back so I can get my disabled dogs back from Dubai as the person who was looking after them can no longer do so. That's my drive each day.
